Certified Lead Internal auditor for IATF/ISO.
To Make Plan for SPC and done actual .
Supportive role in monitoring of PPAP Part i.e. Collect Grain flow sample & PFD,CP,PFMEA and supportive document as per Customer requirement.
Participate in making and reviewing of QMS documents i.e. Procedure, SOP, work Instruction etc.
Ensure All Instruments which is used for inspection will be calibrated .
Ensure to display Updated document online .
Training provides to all Quality supervisor & Inspector about Customer requirement .
Monitoring weight data and updated as per monthly basis.
Supportive documents make if any required from Customer
To make rejection PPT monthly wise & get CAPA from concern person if required.
To Make Report for Grain Flow & Crack sample
