Hypex is seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Executive to join our team. Reporting to the Regional Manager,
the Field Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to healthcare professionals
regarding Hypex's Surgical Products. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent
communication skills, and a passion for customer service.


€¢ Promote and sell Hypex's Surgical Products to healthcare professionals, including
doctors, surgeons, pharmacists, and chemists, within the assigned territory.
€¢ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and
objectives set by the company.
€¢ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
through regular visits, product demonstrations, and effective communication.
€¢ Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and
networking within the healthcare industry.
€¢ Provide product education and training to healthcare professionals to ensure
proper understanding and usage of Hypex's Surgical Products.
€¢ Collect and analyze market feedback, competitor activities, and customer
insights to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
€¢ Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory analyses to the
RM and senior management.
€¢ Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and
product development, to address customer needs and enhance the overall
customer experience

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy (B.Pharm), or related field preferred.
Undergraduate candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.
€¢ Previous experience in a technical support or field service role, preferably in the
healthcare or medical device industry.
€¢ Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
€¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
