Job Description:
Language knowledge of English, Hindi, Marathi, Bangala, Kannad, Malayam, Tamil, Telgu
● Resolve all Customer Queries and Follow Established Procedures as Appropriate
● Adherence to Quality and Compliance Guidelines. Ability to Take Quick Decisions and Respond to Customer Inquiries
● Proficient English communication
● Previous customer handling experience with strong Interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
● Excellent Verbal Communication
● Demonstrated Ability to Work effectively within a Team Environment as well as independently
● Morning shifts with 5 days a week working
